To all the women out there with herpes,
I want you to know that you shine and glow as any other women.
You reflect such beauty by how you feel about your self...... Love your self.
You are a mother and devine spirit......... Love your self
As a women you cary the essents of mother earth, you are strong like her.
Be like her, lets learn from her, mother earth, the one supporting are feet.

I have had herpes my self for the past 2 years now and for the past 17 months have had regular out breaks every month. Yes I am tierd... exhusted of feeling dirty and ugly. Looking a pictures of other women, wondering if any one would ever look at me with the same attention. I want to stop feeling powerless, and you know what would help? Is if you felt impowered too. If you with herpes can shine a smile, and laugh for while, regardless of the fact.... It will help me get through this trial. Love your self not only for you, but for all of us women. We may not phyically stand together, yet your energy affects us all. So let us all stand tall and not be ashamed. Lets stop the blame and just love our selfs.
I am turning 20 on May 7 and I want nothing more then to feel amazing about myself. Please if not for you, then maybe for me and her, feel incredible about yourself. I will too, and spread my love through the cosmos that connects us all.

All the vary best to you
with Love

    That is really lovely :-)

2 things that helped me immensely to do that:
    1. know how to take care of my health
    2. learn how to use full protection w lovers

it was the not knowing that was making me feel so un-goddesslike.
    once I learned - happiness!

It's "empowerment"...and that's nice. Try to live a spiritual life, to rise above life's stresses so you don't keep getting breakouts. It's working for me...the last time I did was when I moved, which is to be expected. A major upheaval in my job recently didn't cause a breakout, because I processed it to the point of acceptance as quickly as possible.
