I have started a new holistic herpes newsletter to broaden the message of de-stigmatizing herpes and to share insights, advice, recipes, encouragement and empowerment to our herpes community. I am especially trying to reach out to those who feel isolated or ashamed of having herpes with the message that there is support and solidarity to be found.
