You are already linked with your High-Self, you wouldn't be here if you weren't.
There are ways to activate it in your consciousness, however.
The easiest way is to simply imagine yourself perfected.
The deeper you create this image, the greater the connection.
When all your sensory faculties become consumed with this perfection, allow it to permeate your consciousness.
A part of this process is about the intellect learning its limitations and allowing the process to occur without trying to control the experience. Create space to do this with the intention of accomplishment.
All enlightenment is, is imagining what it would be like and then allowing the universe to create it.
Doubt is a sure way to inhibit the process, and gratitude is a sure way to charge it.
