Okay Ladies,
It's time for us to come together and celebrate our Queen Jen. Friday night at Cleda's house we will be hennaing and beautifying the lovely Queen. This is not a ritual so much as a simple ceremony to cleanse, anoint and beautify the sacred vessel (Jen!) for the Goddess tomorrow. Come prepared to relax, eat, henna the Queen and each other, laugh and most importantly- honor and connect with the Goddess in ourselves and in our sisters.

We will start gathering around 6ish to set up our sacred space, fill henna tubes and set out food. I imagine we will start henna at 7ish. Please feel free to come when you can and leave when you must. We would rather share your company for one hour than not at all.

We will ceremoniously bath and anoint the Queen and then we will all take turns placing symbols of power and beauty all over her. Think about what you might like to draw- or there will be books to look through for inspiration. There will be plenty of henna left for us to decorate each other and ourselves too. Dress skimpily as to leave your hennaed skin drying and exposed for hours.

Please bring food to share as creativity stokes the fire of hunger! lol Do I even have to send out a request for booze??? Also bring stories to share, poetry to read and objects to empower and grace our space. Dancers bring stuff to dance in in case our Queen desires a performance! :)

I am most sincerely looking forward to sharing some girl time with my sisters and spending time with my Queen.
