I'm reading a couple of interesting books (one's in the bedroom, one's in the living room haha) on Energy Medicine, because there's so much new & fascinating research on how the body/mind works. They're both by Oschman. One is 'the scientific basis' the other is 'on performance', if you want the real titles just let me know but a search should turn them up - -

Donna Eden is Dondi's mother. I was fortunate enough to meet her a couple of years ago. In her book she talks about how figure 8's are great for working both sides of the brain.
The book covers a lot more as well and is very good.
