Alrighty y'all - I'm still coming down Monday but I find myself in a predicament.

I'm part of the temple team this year at Burning Man. This was an unexpected honor and has put me in a bit of a situation since it is highly likely that I will have to leave Alaska by mid-July to get to Portland and the SF bay area to work with them.

I had originally planned this festival and regional get together for late July...that can still be a go, but I won't probably be able to make it.

So...something to put in your brains before we meet up on Monday - do we want to have an earlier date and a smaller more "campout" type of event (this might require finding another location) - or is someone willing to step up and take over some of the major organizing stuff that I had planned on doing to make this happen?
