My son doesn't dig the plain white yogurt so much, and I haven't tried it myself, but would mixing in frozen raspberries or blueberries change the color of the whole thing? he probably won't eat it if he can see chunks of fruit, but I'm trying to get him on a better eating track (me too).

Sun, March 16, 2008 - 5:21 AMwhiz some blackberries and/or raspberries in the blender .. it will give you some berry puree that you can keep in the 'fridge for about 5 days. add it to anything .. pancakes instead of syrup, ice cream, yogurt, sliced apples -
