  I'm betting you can use any other kind of flour, I usually just substitute the wheat flour for whatever other four I have in the house and it is fine.

      Thanks MamaBee. I love macaroons. I found one that was just coconut, honey and egg whited mixed and baked. Yum! I am now 8 days wheat free.
