Mashed Bananas with rice and butter

I am a big fan of butter and certainly helps add some flavor to the delicious dish!

I heated up some butter and then added some cooked rice that had been frozen. While that was heating up I mashed some bananas and just as the rice was finishing up I added them, just to warm them up a bit, not cook them.

I thought the banana might be good for the diarrhea and the rice is a pretty stable, bland food, which is great for tummy troubles but Anaya just won't eat anything right now. Back to the pedialyte. I thought it was delicious though!!! It reminds me of these banana things rolled in rice I used to get at this Vietnamese place in SF. YUM!!!
