I am blocking something or have previously blocked something and it has manifested as a head cold in me and my daughter Clare. I am not sure what it is - it could be in my 3rd eye and crown because that is where the cold is living. Any one else have this happen?
I would really appreciate assistance in shifting the blockage if anyone is so inclined to send a little distance healing my way. I am having trouble shifting it on my own as I have 2 small children and not much time to lie down and relax / heal. I am hoping to go to bed for a while today with Clare and my Tektite and do some shifting.

Too bad they are not sold everywhere. I just love their balms. If I have a restless child or a restless me, their one sleeptime balm does seem to work wonders. Very gentle oils like lavendar. Works a lot like aromatherapy.
