Chiron the centaur, the wounded healer, the teacher, the asteroid, where is he in your chart? My chart shows Chiron conjunct my acendant(aries), so I got the book by Barbara Hand Clow, Chiron. She describes the mythology and energy of the archetype and its impact on society and individuals. When she first learned of Chiron, she had a "revolution of conciousness". I also learned much about myself, my gifts, and my responsabilities.
Please tell us what you know about Chiron, or place him in your chart and learn and share.

Armpit swelling . . ..

I am a Healing Apprentice working with healing energy, massage, acupressure and herbs . . . I have a friend that in on strict spiritual path, and has a noticeable amount of swelling under his right arm pit . . . he is 24, tall and muscular with 0 body fat . . . he has been encourage, but is reluctant to go to a doctor.

My questions/thoughts are more for my own training, so I wanted to get your feedback . . .
1. My first intuition was that the lymph nod was blocked, but the swelling in on the right . . .
2. There doesn't seem to be much pain, and it doesn't seem to be inflamed . . .
3. It is really more like a pocket of fluid, spongy like around a slightly firmer center . . . when I used a cool draining energy the swelling noticeable decreased.
4. Several people worked on him during an informal energy assessment this weekend . . . unaware of the problem, several people were drawn to this area, but all were drawn to his left side where they expressed a cool energy or lack of energy flow . . . I still wonder if it may be a block in the lymphatic system that is manifesting on the right side?
5. During both sessions the right swelling was relieved after the whole body was addressed . . . He is going through a lot of self imposed restrictions and disciplines (at a relatively young age), and his heart Chakra in often unbalanced . . .
6. Beside what has been mentioned, he is in relatively good health physically . . . emotionally he is quiet and calm, but extremely passionate, and his body will twitch in response to the physical touch until he is relaxed . . . I assume there are past emotional issue involved here . . .

All my life I've been inundated by the kinds of experiences no one in my world ever talked about. So when I overheard someone call me a mystic, I easily accepted the label for myself.

Of course, some people may have spent so long denying their non-ordinary perceptions that they seem to have none. A few others may have actually been born without the ability
, having prophetic dreams, having mystical enlightenment…ascension 2012, immortality etc
So what about you?

What experiences have you had that go beyond the limits of the what-we-see-is-all-we-got, empirical, physical world? Many mystics have reincarnated from the past.

Labelled schizophrenic?

My 'radio' switched on in 2000 (maybe a little before) and I wasn't able to cope with the vastness of of my visions and memories (I was smoking pot at the time which amplified it and added some nasty stuff in as well) and in 2002 was labelled schizophrenic and had the radio switched off with anti-psychotics. I am now 5 years free of marijuana (and cigarettes and alcohol...) and have woken up again - that is I feel mature enough emotionally and grounded enough to switch my mind on again. What do I do - am I really schizophrenic or was that just a convenient label to psychically (spelling) 'lock me up' and stop me from reaching my potential as a lightworker. Have I fucked myself up by allowing myself to be drugged with anti-psychotics for 5 years? Has "God" taken away my gifts permanently because I rejected them and allowed the label? I KNOW that the pot was harmful and know that I cant take drugs or use alcohol safely but are the anti-psychotics just a way of keeping me in the sleepwalker state. I have vivid dreams and the vastness of the universe and creation gives me such joy.

I would appreciate any input and guidance you have.

What if you know someone is wounded but they seem to be in total denial?

well there are 2 things here.
One is that I have a friend who is 100lbs overweight, he refers to himself as chubby. And I told him I thought his weight was a health problem. He got mad at me and won't talk to me. I don't think I was wrong necesarily to tell him what I thought. But perhaps I put it the wrong way. Should I have said anything? I've been friends with him for years. He is clearly Obese.
I have done a lot of work with self-healing and I attract people to me who are in pain and who are at different stages of healing or denial. Is there a way to acknowledge it to them or do I need to wait until they ask me ? Sometimes it seems their very presence in my life is asking for something but they and I don't know how to approach it. My friend who is very similar to me in that we have abuse victim parents and addictive/enabling type issues for ourselves, we've discussed these things and I brought up that we all have childhood wounds especailly if a parent was physically abused, and she ( like many others) don't even like the concept of being wounded. So I didn't bring it up again.
I have an inabilty to ignore the obvious with people close to me. Sometimes I want to say: you are obvisously hurting badly about something, don't you want to know why' . But I don't know if I should push it. How do you deal with this sensitivity to other people's pain when they are not dealing with it directly?

Blockage manifesting as a headcold

I am blocking something or have previously blocked something and it has manifested as a head cold in me and my daughter Clare. I am not sure what it is - it could be in my 3rd eye and crown because that is where the cold is living. Any one else have this happen?

I would really appreciate assistance in shifting the blockage if anyone is so inclined to send a little distance healing my way. I am having trouble shifting it on my own as I have 2 small children and not much time to lie down and relax / heal. I am hoping to go to bed for a while today with Clare and my Tektite and do some shifting.

'Cursed' with memories

I find myself cursed with memories, both good and bad.
I can leave the bad behind, but the good ones that will never be revisited create a longing in me for more new good ones.
Ya see, it seems that no one wants to spend time with me anymore.
This alone thing is getting really old.
Mornings are the worst, I wake up with no one around, with getting home from work being a close 2nd.
I remember when I had laughter, company and Love in my life.
Now I have silence.
This is the longest ever I have gone without a partner or even good friend.
I would really like actual hugs, but whatever you wanna give, I will accept.
Thanks in advance for your support.
Hopefully this state will not last.

Failure

I am thinking alot.
Triggered by a couple of conversations I have had of late.
About failure.

Failure.
Truly the 'f' word -
and it occurs to me, that i have created, for myself and my children, a world without failure; a world where failure is not an option, a world where the word 'failure' just does not exist.

Its an awful word, and i know that i visibly flinch when someone directs it at me.
To imply to yourself or to another that their best efforts have not been good enough- to label someone failure, is to risk scarring another soul for life.

In my life, with my children, there have been times, occasions when attempts at new projects, directions etc have been less than successful.

Is less than successful failure ?
No, no its not.

I ask you to think very carefully before you use the word failure with yourself, your kids or anyone else. Nothing is truly a failure when you look it the big picture. Everything teaches us something, no matter how small and seemingly insignificant. In terms of life lessons and soul progression, it is impossible to have anything other than success because everything will teach you something, even if that something is that you should have done it the other way.

To 'fail' means that there is no longer hope, and in this world, hope is the one thing we are always sure of having.

Many of my friends comment on my children and the apparent ease with which they live their lives. I have been told on many occasions that my children are blessed and in a lot of ways i agree however, they are also two kids who have bought up knowing that their best IS good enough and that if something doesn't work out just the way you wanted it too, it just meant that for now, that something, wasn't meant to happen.

How could anyone brand a child a failure? To do so , is truly child abuse. To brand yourself a failure is soul abuse, beside being very sad.

We have been gifted with free will and with free will, we will always have choice. Choice is part of the gift.
With choice you will always have options but contrary to popular thought, these options are not 'the right way' and 'the wrong way'- they are merely 'one way' or 'another way'.

You can never FAIL by trying- anything you try, you will never fail.
Never.
It may not work out perfect, but it will teach you something for sure.

As humans, we all have our triggers.............that is, we all have those things that make us react rather than act.

I know i do- i can not stand to see an adult yell abuse at a child, i do not use the word failure , i hate seeing spirituality being used as a tool for cruel people:- when someone tells you that 'your energy' is not right for them or their group, they are no better than a school yard bully, in many cases they are worse, because instead of coming out and just saying 'i don't like you' they turn it around and make it your fault that they find you unacceptable..........

One of Joshua's teachers told me once that he was so confident, so sure of himself and his actions, that he stood out amongst other kids his age. I remember telling her that it was because he knew, that basically, he could do no wrong- and i don't mean that to sound egotistical, merely just fact, he, like his sister knew, that no matter what they did, one way or another they would learn something from it.

That was something that was missing with a lot of the kids the same age as my kids- self confidence bought about by fear of failure.

If you take away the failure, a child has nothing to fear.

Words have such power, such longevity.

Please use them wisely.

I am off to make piklets for my witches.

I am housebound, carless, mobilephone less too ( bloody thing !- not a failure just very much less than perfect).
I have a ruptured abcess- yes, another one !!
and a pimple
yet i am talking with my Goddess
and She tells me, that i am all right.

I may not be me or her or she, but I am Lisa, and that is good enough.

Be nice to your children- they are your mirror.

~Thats what my life has been lately since april. I'll explan it all in april i went to where i'm from to see my dad and found out that he's homeless and has a drink once in a while . Then comes june 9th ( one of the worst days in my life) My best guy freind killed his dad.( dont feel like geting in to alot of detal right now hard subject still) Then tonight my dad calls me and he's drink and he's telling me that he's been bad again latley ( and that means he's back in ot a) doing hard drugs that will kill him cuse he's got a inlarged heart or b) he's selling them again or c) BOTH :( he was a recovering alcoholic i dont know what to do please help but keep in mind i live 12 hours away from him

~So i had a miscarriage back in Feburary and now it's coming up to the time i'd be due ( i was due in september.) And now i'm sad becuse i know that if i didn't have a miscarriage i'd be having a baby soon. I'm only 20 and i relay want to have a child all my friends have one or more and i feel so hurt becuse i could have had that and i dont know what i did to loss it. the guy who's child is was knows that i had a miscarriage buti never told him it was his but he knows he told his ex that he knew it was his. then my kinda b/fr dosn't under stand how i feel about the miscarriage . i told him about it becuse him and i started dating right befor i had it and you know what he said to me he said " how can you tell me you love me when your carrying someone elses baby" that hurts . now he thinks i'm nuts that i want to have a baby so young . i dont know how to feel about this all. i'm sad cuse i would be having a baby but i had a miscarriage but i also what to have a baby and settal down

do you feel the pulse?

recently, aside from being very sensetive and receptive of others
physical and emotional pain, i feel a pulse in each fingertip while i
touch someone, or while im closed to my loved one i can feel it pretty
much anywhere in my body!

is it my pulse or theirs or the combination of the two (i can feel it
on myself as well)?

Also at times, mostly when i feel like i want to be by myself, my head
and right arm start to radiate heat of me, my left arm does it too,
but not very strongly!

these physical symptoms are accompanied by waken dreams (i'm not sure
how else to call it) and rather strange visions!

is this related to the kundalini awakening or rather a chakra
imbalance???

Hay all!
I've tried to post a this before, but for some reason, it didn't registrar and folks couldn't read what I had written. So, I'm going to attempt to write it out again and hopefully this time, we'll have more responses,

Ok, so...a little info and background. I'm in Israel, and working on a project out here to grow herbs for the community. Also, wanting very much to have a program available for kids and their parents to learn about plants and how they communicate with us on all levels. It's really something that isn't being done here and I would like to bring this opportunity to light. I need some help. That's way i'm writing this request. We have a few green houses, so climate is not an issue. We need seeds! All different kinds, but organic. Herbs and winter vegetables.

The list for herbs:Elder flowers ,Yarrow ,Sage ,Rose hips ,Echinacea,Mullein,Astragalus,
Poke Root,Elecampane ,Thyme.

We are asking for 30 seeds each be sent to Israel.
We are asking for donations, since this project can really use all the help it can get and we really don't have the funds to get these seeds. Also, we request that the seeds are from your own garden and collected by you. It's a beautifal thing to know that the seeds that we are receiving are from people who cared for these plants and havested the seeds themselves. There is a story there and it makes it interesting to explain where these seeds came from and who cared for them. We like telling it this way.

Our request for organic Veggie seeds:
Celery ,Chinese leaves ,Dark greens ,Leeks ,Mushrooms, Squashes ,Winter roots ,Winter salads.

If it's not too much trouble to send the seeds with labels so we know what is what.

Healing Childhood wounds?

There is this web-site I like that basically says , You cannot have real intimacy with a person who hasn't self-reflected on their own wounds and conditioning in childhood. We all have wounds from childhood, all families have some dysfunction. Our parents were parented by less than perfect parents and they parented us less than perfectly. But even if our parents were great, we live in a largely unconscious society, so eventually we had to go out into society and that's where some of our wounds come from too.
What do you think? I have tried to have intimacy with people who were doing all they could to run away from themselves. Weather it was drugs, alcohol, anger, co-dependency, video games, etc.. they were avoiding being with themselves every moment of their lives . I also wonder if I attract these people because I am avoiding something within myself, and hopefully the more time I spent dealing with me and healing my wounds, the less I will attract this kind of energy into my life.

So...recently I quit my job doing telemarketing with the evil company I was working for because the workplace was getting more and more hostile.
So I quit, and went to do some canvassing (fundraising door to door) for a non-profit that deals with environmental issues.
Its a stressful job and of course I got sent to fucking rich yuppie neighborhoods where people had houses of not just ONE, but TWO or MORE fucking SUV's!@ How DISGUSTING IS THAT!
Everyone who owns an SUV should hafta pay major taxes for every ounce of gas they burn with those polluting machines~!
The bible never said Babylon would be nice homes with manicured lawns, white picket fences, and fancy vehicles (hence why I dont refer to the bible for guidance)

Anyways...
I was in one of these Stepford Wives puke-worthy neighborhoods tonite, when this bitch decided to call the police for me because I was *hasseling her* with this information on environmental issues, and didnt just walk away the first time she said no thanks. So the bitch called the police who came minutes later as I was speaking to another woman, and they cuffed me painfully, put me in the car and made me sit there while they filled out paperwork. Then hassled me because I have a California ID, saying I need to switch it over to a NY one (even tho its NOT a drivers liscense and Im ONLY here temporary) and then the fucking PIG proceeded to tell me how people like me are a menace to society and are *harassing* people at home.
Well excuse the FUCK outta me that Im noble enough to actually try and EDUCATE these selfish greedy fucking maggot yuppies on important issues.
Of course if I was female and a big boobed blond, Im sure I wouldnt have been given anything...
But I was given a ticket, harrassed (never read my miranda rights) and threatened.
Nevermind that Im working for a 501C3 non-profit organization that in the township we were in does NOT require carrying a *soliciting permit/liscence*
which is what I was allegedly arrested for, which Im sure the TRUE thing, was that that bitch called in and she was rich and lived in her fancy neighborhood with her pesticide ridden lawn, her SUV and her fancy wood-chip chemical laden shrub garden, with her big fancy shmancy house.
That bitch can just kiss my hairy 3 quarters white, one quarter native american genderqueer drag-diva vegan, Essene, environmentalist activist ASS!!!

But then again, my ass is too good for her! She couldnt even afford to eat my shit.

Its DISGUSTING how these people get away with this shit. Yet if I happened to be a mormon or fucking jehovah witness harassing them door to door THAT doesnt require any kind of permit.
Fucked up government! I heard something the other day too about how the SUV owners get tax breaks too.

Anyways....so Im scheduled to go to court on August 14. It will probably be thrown out by then, but even if it isnt I have an attorney through the nonprofit I was working for (speaking of which, I QUIT) since they obviously dont have their shit together, and even if we didnt need a permit in that town, didnt have any info with us to show in case something like this does happen. Leave it to me, to be the example, and the lesson.

Now in saying this I understand how some people may be upset by what I said, but everyone who responded failed to see the importance in the cause, regardless, and thats sad!
I realize that many people are ignorant of these important environmental issues, and ignore them because deep down they do care, and dont want to pay attention to them, lest they have feelings about it and have to do something. Its easier for them to ignore.

but i cant figure out where this one came from.

ok, to be honest...
i am, once again, trying to figure out this relationship thing, and my place in it. not just primary or intimate relationship but relationship to people in general.
i love a lot, and attract people and help them and love them, its my nature. im a healer of sorts, a counselor and i get great satisfaction in helping people to remember their Truth. im good at it because they know i care.
i have a ton of acquaintances, know a ton of people; from my spiritual community, classmates, etc. there is a lot of love around me, i am appreciated and contribute to my world.
i have a lot of people who want to be friends, yet i have few friends. damn few.
i have enough women who would be in relationship with me,
but i have few relationships. and those that i do have seem to be short lived.
i usually find some excuse to bail.
i was listening in one of my classes today about the importance of communication,
of interaction with people socially, casually, just for fun. dinner parties and such.
i cant remember the last time i hosted something like that,
and the few i have attended have not been comfortable,
probably because they were people i did not know particularly well.
i enjoy my own company and am used to spending a lot of time by myself.
but - the big but - somehow i know im shortchanging myself, and perhaps shortchanging others by not taking advantage of and contributing to the synergy that happens with healthy interaction...
its just not normal... i know i know, no such thing as normal. but its not balanced, not healthy somehow. i mean im a relatively smart guy, more or less educated, can handle myself in most situations, and yet, am finding myself increasingly frustrated with my aparent ineptness in this area...
perhaps the most important of all areas...
not really sure what im looking for here, if anything.
i just needed to dump, to get it out. im not big about sharing stuff like this, and sometimes a person just needs to get it out, you know?
and where better than a place where no one knows... no friends, see? its safe!
so there it is, my puke d'jour.

lifelong weight

my pain has been a source of knowledge giving me empathy to do my healing work. It seems that in the last few years, since life as I knew it for so many years blew up (divorce, child away at school, closest friend transferred to another city) the pain has been weighing me down more than I can bear. I am isolating on the days that I am not doing my healing for others and the only thing that keeps me going is the fact that I bring comfort to others. Some days I am not sure that it will be enough. My father committed suicide and that scares me. I am trying not to burden my child with this crap and my nuclear family is more hurtful than helpful. there is only so much my therapist can do- after all - this is someone who is paid to 'care' and we as healers know that you can't take it home with you. my cats help me along but the solitude is something I keep choosing cause the hurt is holding me down

It's so hard -- I just dont understand and its always like this.

I like communicating and Self expression is freedom and releasing
I like writing, typing, making art, writing poems, stories, dancing
smiling, and making facial expressions-- which happens naturally
In fact all my thoughts show up on my face any way and I've given up on trying to stop them.

When I speak , I sound okay --people like my voice, I'm always nice
and i am great at sounding compassionate and sending out words of comfort but it
is so hard verbal communication on a daily basis is always so hard so draining and spiritually
difficult --I am working in a call center now and after 2 or 3 days of work
I end up being sick the next day spending it in silence with just music
no words and no sentences and the next day I usually feel better

I work in a job where I help people and everyone always wants my help becuz I am so good at it
but
I am beginning to struggle and dread going to work and having to open my mouth --
it's just too much talking
my spirit energies have begun to feel weighted and thick over the matter
I like the job and I like the people
but
there is so much talking for 8hrs a day or more -- I just feel sick

I dont know why I'm like this -- I wish I could be like everyone else
and than that fact that it's like 40 calls a day w/ the same verbage isn't helping
I just want to do sign language or something

communication is communication Right???
I dont understand why talking is so hard

I wonder if there is something that I can take to make it easy and natural
I wonder if there is some way to fix it ?????

How is the state of our tap water?

Its late and i am awake.
Wide awake and scouring the net in between games of spider solitaire that I just cant seem to win to night.
Tomorrow is huge and as is often the case for me, my concern about tomorrow has rendered me sleepless tonight.
And so I sit
and think about stuff, that probably wouldn't be on my mind if my mind wasn't so over tired and adrenalised that it is searching for stuff to mull over.
I've read some blogs but tonight, the sadness contained in many of them is too much for me and i find myself asking 'why?'- why are so many so unhappy ?
I don't have answers
All i have is faith and for me, faith is enough. Many though don't find faith as easy as I do, and so, i see , that their paths are filled with hardship, pain and misery. From the outside, it is so simple to see, but from the inner depths of anguish, I remember too being unable to see clearly the light ahead.

People ask me about my health, about my speech, about my breakdown and I tell them as honestly as i can about how i have perceived the last 8 months of my life.
The most terrifying time of all for me was the questioning of my faith, was the time when unable to grasp a glimmer of light, I wondered, 'is this all in my head? have I made this all up?'
I spent days trawling through my own spiritual writings trying to find a thread to lead me to an answer that would say 'this is real, this is true' and you know what? even now, to this day, I still have not found that thread, more realistically, my need to find the thread vanished as my faith in the Divine was replenished.

A good friend of mine once told me that 'faith is belief without proof' and in the early days of my darkness, his words were very truly the raft that kept the life of Lisa afloat. When all is shattered and fragmented around you and life makes no sense, although you crave proof, tangible,real proof, substance to your life, more often than not, you are not meant to find it or better still, it is meant to find you and at a time and a place when you least expect it.

I thought that I had lost my faith- for a while there in the deepest, darkest moments of my life, I thought that I had lost my faith. What I didn't know then, was that it wasn't the act of having faith that I had lost, it was the act of accepting without proof; needing to have my world, thoughts, beliefs put into something tangible, that i could touch, hold,reassure myself with became my idea of faith- 'if you are there, PROVE it to me' and because it didn't,couldn't, i stumbled, i doubted .

Reading the blogs tonight, I find my own living in the words of so many others. So many searching for something, anything that proves to them that they are valuable, real, true and i wonder, do they know , that faith requires trust and belief, even when the blackest night falls, faith requires belief without proof.

I remember the fear of feeling 'alone' and that is the only way I can describe my time of doubting faith- 'alone'.
To feel that there is nothing , no where, no reason, no purpose , was the most alone feeling I have ever experienced in my life. Even now, my stomach drops at the memory , and I cant imagine how it must be to live every day of your life like that, looking for something that you cant ever find, until you stop looking and just trust.

There was a reason I got so sick, I'm not still particularly clear about it except to know that it had purpose and reason.
There is a reason I am having issues with my speech, alot of it has to do with shutting up and listening but more so there are changes in my life that could never have come about any other way.

I look back now, at the darkness of illness and i see a Universe that pulled out all the necessary stops to make me stop, look and listen.
I don't question the hows, whys, wheres of it all, I merely accept that what is right for me will be.

There is a peace in that.
There is a peace in knowing that all is exactly how it is meant to be.
There is peace in my mind, in my heart and in my soul.

I believe in me and I believe in my faith, the power of my faith.
I cant prove it, i don't want to.
It just is and because of that, I continue to grow, thrive and live.

Faith is the key.
All else will fall into place.

ok my worlds falling apart i dont know how to deal with it. I realy need my boyfreind here right now but he works all over and lives in edmonton that 5 hours away from me:( and thats not easy to deal with to top it off i jsut found out my dad's homeless one of thouse that have no place to sleep if he dosent get i a shelter he sleeps on the street i need help i dont know what to do i've been to sick cuse of the stress and my doc wont lission to me he jsut keeps giving my pain pills but nuthign ot truly help plesae help me

Today is full of potential and new opportunities.

It is a day I have dreamt about, when there is so much on offer in this world of ours, that i am spoilt for choice about which direction to take.

Today is special and the energy of today is inviting and warm ' come with me, leave behind doubt, dance ,sing, come with me '

Today is a chance, a new beginning, a fresh start, it is the day after Judgement, the day of birth, rebirth and of waking after a thousand year sleep.

Today is the Fool card, the beginning of a journey, the start. It is packing bags and making plans.

Today is a day of miracles and warm sunshine, of knowing that I am never alone and of feeling love for all around me- today i can feel the Goddess in my cells, I can hear her in my laughter, I can see her in the eyes of those around me.

She calls to me and today, Her voice is clear and pure- I am her destiny, in Me she has placed Her very Being, Her survival.

Today I am strong, and i can carry the weight of my own creations. Today the loads of this world are feathers in my hands.

Today is craft paper, and i can make from it anything I will; It is an unwalked path through a land of possibility, it is the result of my prayers and spellcraft, it is the manifestation of all my intentions, it is my day to shine, and shine I will.

Today is an envelope at the Academy Awards, and the winner is ............ME!

Today is about me, about moving forward, about letting go of the past.

Its about looking truthfully at where i am in life and accepting that I am exactly where i need to be- more than this, its about looking around me, at all i have and all I do and knowing, that good or bad, I am the one who got me to this place.

Today is unique and will never come again.
It moulds me, it moulds tomorrow, it provides a base, a starting point.

Today is result, total, the sum of.

Today is here , presenting in the shape and form that it is, because of the time, effort and thought I have put into my yesterdays.

It is what i have made it, me alone.

It is white, calm and I am blessed.

Today i am loved and i love, today i live in gratitude and awe.

She tells me, in my mind to 'be'.
I question as is my way, 'be what, how, why?'
She tells me, just 'be'

And so as i think upon this truth, the bud unfurls to release its perfume.
I am holding the rose and it whispers to me' be, be, be the woman you want to be'

..........and so i begin, the path, the walk, I begin to be, and be the woman I want to be.

She tells me , you need not wish or intend, to become the highest vibration of who you are- there is no transition from now to then, there is no change required, no learning to aquire.

Just simply be, who you, your most brilliant self and you will be the woman you want to be.

It seems too easy, in my mind; in my minds eye, I want to challenge this concept, this thought, this idea, the suggestion of just being and allowing that to be enough.

She smiles, the love of a compassionate mother with a wilful toddler and repeats, 'it is all there child, all you need, all you want, all you ever dreamt you could be, is there, here, now in your every cell, in your portion of earthbound soul- you are her, the woman of the dream, and all it takes is recognition, on your part, that this is so."

Again I question, until I see her hand raised and hear her sigh ' stop.......go into your heart, acknowledge there and then who and what you are, and then be, be the aspect of Me that you are'

The rose in my hand starts to fade, starts to petal away and yet, the perfume of Her words
lingers in my mind, in my soul, in my innermost knowing.

I see in my mind, the Me I want to be, the Me of the dream, the woman I want to be; as it hits, dawns, clarity, inner sight and I smile knowing now I understand, now I know, who I am, who I am truly.

For in truth, the woman of the dream is me, the dream is my life and the Woman I am, is the woman I created, my own created being- the life I lead, is me, mine, I look around and see every aspect of my life, of my living, placed in exactly the position I have placed them in.

I am flooded with strength, with inner knowing, with love and with peace- I laugh out loud for knowing now as i do, that I am the woman I want to be, I cry with realisation of the power that is me, and I know that I am strong, that I am Mother, Wife, Sister, Priestess, Healer, Wise Woman, Witch.

All else is illusion, you can not CHANGE who you are, you can only BE who you are, be who you truly are.

For in being you, you are acccepting your place as an aspect of the Divine, as a daughter of the Goddess, as a child of the light.

Everything else is fear, everything else is man made; your centre, your core, your earth - these are Divine, as you are, as you are.

I call to my Lady, I call and tell Her, I understand, I know now.
I can not change , I can not wish, I cannot intend, to be anything other than what I am, and that what I am, needs no alteration, no adjustment, no fixing.
What I am is perfection, divine and light.
What i have is everything I need.
What I live , how I live this life is my own creation.
I have built my world with my words, my thoughts, my actions and my non-actions.

Created.MY. Reality.Me.

And now I know and
I am learning to just be.
Be.
Me.

My new guide Stervoh has been busy.

Last night, he spoke with me about expectations and what one person expects from another.

This was part of his lesson on energy exchange, and making sure that what you expect from a person/situation is balanced with what you put into/give to that relationship.

Its an interesting exercise and shows you where there is unbalance, abuse, neglect or even just a very bad habit.

Stervo has suggested I write a 'what do i expect' list and list all the people and places and situations in my life and just what I expect from them.

Then , go back over the list and write honestly, what energy if any you offer these people, situations, places in return.

It makes you think.

Are your own expections realistic ?

Have you outgrown situations?

Do you give alittle and receive alot or vice-versa ?

Into what situations are you pouring valuable energy and getting nothing in return?

Its an interesting exercise and will immediatly show you where energy is being drained or depleted in your life.

Remember, that there must ALWAYS be an energy exchange- in every situation on earth there must always be an energy exchange for it to work and to work in a balanced fashion.

I am working with this today and pin pointing areas in which i give and dont receive or, because this is total honesty time, areas in which i am receiver and I dont give in return.

Eczema - any thoughts & meditation techniques welcome

hey y'all.

I'm a healer in the sense that I often give support to people who need a 2nd opinion, a shoulder to cry on, or life advice. People seem to find me & seek my advice. Occasionally when giving a massage i also send healing energy thru my hands & feel them & the subject heating up...I guess this is a form of intuitive Reiki, having never studied it.

Since I was 18 I've been suffering from Eczema, at first on the left side of my left calf muscle (the big muscle below the knee, i think its the calf). in the last year its spread & now Eczema in many places on my body, varying in sizes from a pea to 2" diameter.

I went who tested me with lots of substances and said I'm allergic to Nickel & Peanuts. She said there is Nickel in tobacco smoke (i like to smoke joints,tobacco& weed mixed) & I'm also a big fan of peanut butter. I've completely cut nickel & peanuts for a month but am yet to see an improvement.

taking:

Zinc supplement to help cleanse my body.
probitic suplements to increase friendly bacteria in my stomach, helping me digest food properly.
herbal tincture of Gotu Kola, Burdock, Asease (eczema/skin remedies)
daily carrot & beetroot juice

Interesting is that some of the Eczema is popping up on symmetrical parts of my body. So far:

on the bottom of both of my forearms,halfway between elbow & palm
On my knees, where they touch when I straighten my legs & hold them together
on the backs my hands
on my feet/legs, where the top of a tongue of a shoe would be, and also on the leg an inch higher.
on my elbows

also many non symmeticral bits, mostly on upper legs near waist & arms.

I think this has something to do with the way energy is flowing, or not flowing, through & around my body.

I've also been trying to heal myself with meditiation... what i've been doing is relaxing & growing my aura for a few minutes, then sending concentrated healing energy to the parts of my body afflicted with Eczema, & generally soothing my skin

Does anyone have any tips on self healing meditations/techniques?

anyone have any comments on the symmetry or positions of the eczema? has anyone else encountered this? A friend told me that people who have strong connections with the non-physical world are often afflicted with skin problems.

I have a feeling the eczema is cause by my rapid, hectic pce of life, however I love my life, where it is going & what I do, I very rarely feel stressed & daily thank gaia for placing me in this body with all its capacities.

at the same time, after days of consideration & deliberation I beleive my eczema was caused by the fact that I decided to pursue a career as a full time music producer rather than travel the world on my bike. These 2 occupations are polar opposites, the 1st requires embracing & being a part of the music industry & the economic machine in general, which I at least partly detest, as it is a system geared to commercial rather than artistic success.

The 2nd would be a complete release from everything that ever made me uncomfortable, and would satisfy my thirst for adventure, alternative lifestyles & communities, & generally wigging out & leaving the machine behind.

Wow. Even as I write this the words seem truer.

I found Martin Brofman's page http://www.healer.ch/ today & wil begin 15 minute sessions telling my body it has begun healing itself. I have strong beleif in my self healing abilities. It seems my skin problems are linked to the solar plexus chakra, as skin problems often stem from the liver...?

I dont know that I am going to be able to do what I do for much longer

I pride myself on my faith
however, now, even this must challenge me
for in truth
how can anything hurt the person
who has complete and utter faith ?

I am questioning this
turning it around, upside down
inside out
I do have faith
I do

I can see the truth of perfect faith
perfect faith is belief without proof
it is understanding without reason
it is there, right before me
and i want it so much

yet, i doubt and I doubt again
I feel fear and ego
when in perfect faith all is perfect
all is as it should be
fear cannot live, nor doubt nor ego

surrendering is my next lesson
this is what I have been told
the guides
they tell me that now is my time to surrender to them
to the Divine plan
now is the time to push past
the fear
ego
doubt
now is the time to be
just me
and to trust that 'just me' is enough

I am being told to surrender
that my faith, while strong
is not pure
cannot be pure
while I focus on the pain
while I continue to block out the light.

and so
its time
i must give up control or at least the illusion I projected
of being in control
I have been handed over
yet i go willingly
my life is no longer mine
for this cycle
surrender is my lesson.

tonight i am looking at my life
I am 44
i am wise
I am here, I am there
I am growing, growing

The next step is surrender
to the fates
the universe
the will of the divine
to the plan
to the moment
surrender
in faith

One who truly has faith, knows that all has a reason
and knowing this
lessens pain
doubt
ego

I am Lisa
I surrender to fate
I place my life in the Hands of the Goddess.
