Grammatical horrors

Just thought there were so many examples of bastardized English on the "pet peeves" tribe, we should have a place to collect them all.

How about: "should of" instead of "should have" or "should've"

Look it. (mostly said by kids)
Way to go. Makes no sense.
Where is it at? Where is it?
    Visa-versa. Vice versa
    Excettera. It's etcetera.
Alls you need to do is realize all is singular. All you need to do.
It don't got to be so hard to realize a double negative is stoopid.
A lot, it is two words, not alot.
Same with all right, even tho recently they say it's acceptable to use alright. But for me, it'll always be all right.

Just off the top of my head.
