FLOW- To exhibit a smooth or graceful movement, to move or run with unbroken continuity, as in the manner characteristic of a fluid, to move along in a stream, to circulate, to issue or proceed from a Source, to stream forth, to abound in something, to rinse or be washed, in physics: the transference of energy

This is a forum to share and discuss all manner of FLOW experiences as they relate to Hoop Dance. While the state of FLOW within hoop dance- the state of action and awareness merging- is a gateway to bliss and transcend-dance, FLOW is part of the Hoop in so many ways...as energy currents move through and around the body, as community forms around the hoop, as a hoop created and passed on has the potential to reach so many and touch so many lives, as FLOW inside the hoop can make it's way into more FLOW with Life, as friends and experiences are created as a result of the unique joy of the activity- all this Flows forth from the magic of these circles.

My hoop sister Julah and I have discussed, experienced and reveled in Hoop Flow for years, and know that others of you that have become one with your hoop have most likely experiened the bliss of being in FLOW and the joy the FLOWS in all directions from all aspects of hoop life.
