Hoop Dance Leggies~
These fun leggies are great for hoop dancing. Snug fitting at the top and belled out towards the bottom, with an under layer of fringe cut brown, green, and orange tie dye and a band of accent feathers and beads at the top. Sure to be a fun addition to any hoop dance costume.
Size:
These leggies fit snug around the mid thigh area. They will fit best on thighs about 15 - 20 inches around. They also will require a garter belt to keep them up if you're going to be active in them.
