I have been looking EVERYWHERE for a couple of tops in this style for hooping, and this is all I have been able to find, beside luna lemon, but I can't buy from their website. The material in these look shiny and slippery and since I do not know much about fabrics, I am unable to tell from the "specs"
Can anyone help me, please? Or do you know of a place to buy tops like these that are suitable for hooping??? I searched but I have no idea what they are really called. Sorry if this is a repeat.

I'm also looking for some nice flare pants (kind if like melodias at an affordable price). Any suggestions?

Re: Cross over tops?
Thu, March 20, 2008 - 8:37 PMI don't know about the tops but I am happy to turn you on to Desert Dancer for pants. Donna makes great pants for very reasonable prices. Much less than Melodias. She's also as sweet as the day is long. Tell her Carolyn sent you. She is one of my favorite vendors.

Here are her pants:

Re: Cross over tops?
Fri, March 21, 2008 - 11:10 AMWell, they look kiind of like workout or yoga tops to me so you might want to just try looking in the active wear section when you are shoping. I usually just wear a tank top.
I did a performance ocne though and i found a halter top bathing suit top at ross. It was a little to short so my friend cut in in half and added material in the middle to make it longer. Sine it was bathingsuit material it was slightly slicker than I am used to, but with the other material in the middle there was more tracktion and it was so tight that it didnt matter. So you may want to check out ross or marshalls, somewhere that sells bathing suit seperates at a cheap price so you can "fix" them to your needs without paying and arm and a leg.
