Burlington Coat Factory has FILA tennis skirts for seven dollars - anywhere else they start at 40. Yes they are polyester, but I can hoop in them just fine (and Im not an expert in any regard) - and since the skirts have shorts underneath, I can clip leggies to them when I feel the skirts are too daring.

I dont like the colors (pastel - ick!) and they won't dye, but I plan on painting them with jaquard textile paint - should do good enough.
I found them in medium, large, and XL

They're really well made, really comfortable, and its not bad to get decent hooping bottoms for seven bucks each.

Worth looking out for.
