When she spins it around the inside of the hoop and lets it go and it continues around inside the circle by its own centrifugal force while she's ducking down below it, I start giggling uncontrollably. Too cool.

I performed in a few different ones of those for a promotional event.
There are two kinds one which you can comfortably and safely stay in for about 30 min and the other around 40.
They were lots of fun, -
