Here are a couple practice vids. I have been working on flow and feel I am achieving it easier than before. I recorded the first video inside a couple days before because the Mississippi heat is killer right now. Today on the other hand was suprisingly pleasant and couldn't pass up the opportunity to hoop outside. Feedback is always welcome. Enjoy!

Tue, June 30, 2009 - 8:00 PMAck, sorry for publicizing my computer issues, I resolved it, but for some reason I couldn't hear any audio on all Youtube videos for a while, and was unable to change the volume. Restarting Firefox fixed that.
Anyway - dance on Gabrielle! I love how inspired and psyched about hooping and spiraling in the flow that you are.

I have been working ALOT on grace and flow, ya know, trying to make it look easy. In the wake of MJ's passing I just can't get "Don't stop til you get enough" out of my head. It's fitting!!!
