Here's a clip from one of my sets at ruby a few weeks ago. The video i really wanted to post apparently can't be uploaded (d'oh! it was inspired by caroleeeena's incredible hand and arm movement workshop at hoop convergence). This one ended up blurry, but you get the idea.
