Hi everybody
I was at fire drums this year and of course i saw a lot of great hooper (miss rosie, kamala and hanna, rich, khan ... ) and i decided to work on fluidity ! i found all this hoopers really flowing and i try to found my own flow ;)
I'm a little bite shy and i dont really dare to show you this video but i would like have some advises and opinions about my spinning :)

I definitely see your flow emerging. there's more smoothness and complexity to your transitions. all your off-body stuff was really strong and your double-shoulder duck-out was flawless! some cool stuff happening with your legs too (foot passes). great work!

I really liked this video. I can see so much work has gone into this. Hours and hours of practice, and it's paying off. You have a great flow going on here.
And that is such a great space. Looks like an empty car park full of cool people playing. -

Yes that is a lot of work and pains haha but always with happiness i love so much hooping and feel the flow around me ^^
the dog is not mine he was just here and he would like so much play with me, i was scared to beat him that why i tell him to go away :)
