The organizers for the Muscatatuck River Music Festival are really hoping to see experienced hoopers on May 10th. The are planning to make hoops to pass out to the crowd. So there will be hoopage either way. This is a great opportunity to spread the love of hooping.

Muscatatuck River Music Festival is a new music festival which celebrates original music in the Southern Indiana music scene. The festival is officially in its 4th year. The 2008 event will feature 11 bands in Jennings County’s beautiful Muscatatuck Park. Support local music and Muscatatuck Park.

The Muscatatuck River Music Festival has three main objectives:
To celebrate local music. Specifically, to celebrate the music of Southern Indiana and its growing music scene.


To raise money to support efforts to care for the Muscatatuck River.


To form the cornerstone of a continuing arts program in Muscatatuck Park.
