I ordered my hoop a while ago and have been charged but have not received it. I did receive an e-mail saying that you guys were a little behind but then got an advertising for your valentine sales today.
I think that if you guys are so far behind you should try not to sell more until you catch up. I really needed that hoop for a class up here in Utah and have been borrowing my friends really heavy, old one.
You guys have beautiful hoops but it is disappointing to have had to wait so long,

I am sorry to hear that you have not received your order yet. We were a little behind during January, but we caught up pretty quickly. This makes me think that something else is going on with your order. Mishaps do happen from time to time, and we do everything we can to reconcile them.
