I ordered my travel hoop Dec. 22 along with a tote bag, and I'm still waiting for it. I'm absolutely positive that if there is a problem, Hoopnotica will sort it out, so I called yesterday. A woman told me that she would either call or email me with an update, so I'm crossing my fingers! I can't wait to get it!
