Hey all! I am looking to purchase a fire hoop - still have any left after BM Stephanie? And I was also wondering if there are any fire hoopers in the Cincy area that would be willing to help out with my first burn. I have been wanting to hoop with fire forever and I would really like to be with people who are experienced the first time that I try.
Thanks,
Kellie

Mon, October 9, 2006 - 10:16 PMYes I can make you a hoop!!!! and you even have options!!! Oh everyone who has tried my hoop loves the design they are super tough.... this was tested a few weeks ago when I screwed up a move and landed directly on my wick bending it to nearly 90 from were it should be on the hoop, and it just went right back like nothing had ever happened!!! Even I was amazed!
For up to 6 wicks they are $75 for fiber glass wicks
Or $85 for Kevlar wicks. (kevlar is more expensive)
*Kevlar wicks last longer then fiber glass.
** All my wicks are hybrid meaning they have a cotton core, the cotton does not burn but absorbs more fuel allowing for a longer burn time, without adding surface area (surface area=flame size).
*** for a beginner i suggest 5 or 6 wicks, I like the feel of 6 personally.
I can also decorate it for and additional $20
This includes
*Black gaffers tape(great for gripping to your body) which can be spirled around the hoop or just on the inside.
*your choice of pink, purple, green, red glitter tape or silver halographic tape
*either electrical tape or colored duct tape (depending on what colors you want!), I have just about any color you can imagine so let me know!
You can send me a payment through paypal, payable to Stephie4321@yahoo.com It will take approx 2 weeks to process your order once I recieve the money, Shipping is $10, or I can drive it down to you if you willing to pay my gas, and I can help you light up for the first time, I love hooping with new people, I would even be willing to teach/ trade you some tricks!!!
Just for future reference...
Your hoop will probally outlast your wicks so when the time comes you can order new wicks from me for $8 (Fiber glass) each or $10 (kevlar) each and you can buy replacement threaded rods (incase they bend) for $2 each which includes one lock nut, one regular nut and washers. I would recomend getting some back ups now. -
