Aloha kakou! Ho'oponopono is a traditional Hawaiian method for aligning oneself with what is "pono" (and with divine energy), for creating forgiveness, and for cleansing ties and interactions between people, objects and situations. It is a powerful process! The best known variation is a group process, still used most often in Hawaiian families and hula schools. The late healing kahuna, Morrnah Simeona, was responsible for updating a version of Ho'oponopono and designing it for individual use. Some of her original students teach on O'ahu and Maui as Keala O Kalani. Ramsay Taum, of Keala O Kalani, has taught two workshops here in the San Francisco Bay Area and is planning more in the near future. This tribe is for anyone curious about this practice, and also serves as a communication vehicle for Ramsay's students. We also support the work of other ho'oponopono cultural practioners such as Aunty Mahealani, from Hawai'i island.
