You should seriously check out Hossam's latest recording of "Sabla Tolo 3" it's to die for. More amazing compositions and beautiful phrases, and of course exquisite musicianship. There's some wonderful mixes of Brazilian Samba and Rasta grooves as well. This album is totally a treat!!

Tue, February 17, 2009 - 12:59 PMI just picked this up recently and it an amazing album. Its not just the usual stuff of layered maqsoom. masmodi, etc, but true rhythmic genius at work. If you're a drum set drummer you'll really like the illusion aspect of what you hear and the actual time the piece is played in. I consider this Hossam's best drumming CD so far .
