DCTribal Pot Luck Swap Meet Party!
Hafla and Community Yard Sale - 4:00pm - 7:00pm.
$5 / $10 to bring items
There will be dance costumes, tassel belts, jewelry, DVDs and CDs, Melodia pants and Flying Skirts!
not to mention THINGS!! STUFF!! ~AND~ JUNK!!!
Bring tribal belly dance items to swap or sell! Limited table space available.
No party is complete without food, so bring a dish to share! Live music! Open dancing!
And a special raffle to benefit Kaihea, president of DCTribal, who is battling ovarian cancer.
Volunteer opportunities for the March 15th DCTribal Hafla! some of the volunteer options include -
set up - arrive at 3:30 and help set up tables, chairs and decoration.
sign-in table/welcoming committee - 1 hour shifts between 4 - 7 pm
clean up/load out - 7:00-7:30
perks for volunteering include (but are not limited to):
* No cover charge to get in
* Getting to meet folks as they come in
* You get to say you are part of the crew!
* volunteers make things happen, and that makes volunteers COOL!
* for the folks that help set up, you get to look at the stuff for sale first!
* cool stickers that show your DCT pride!
give as much or as little as you like! that's the joy of being a DCTribal Volunteer!
