recommendations on web hosting for small business??

Hi,

I am considering using the Yahoo Merchant Solution starter to build a website for a small business. We're a service business that provides sporting instructions and a few merchandize. We have several branches worldwide.

Can anyone share their experience (good/bad) with Yahoo web hosting?
How would you rate their price?
Is their shopping cart working well?
Any complaints from your customers and webmasters?
Is it easy to build a website for selling online?

Please include your website address if you don't mind. I want to get an idea what kind of designs are supportable by Yahoo. thanks very much!

its easy and nice. use the lowest one first that does credit card transactions and such. Then build up what are you selling? Email me at sszukala@gmail.com

    • I'd suggest that you spend your money locally.

Not only is it good for your community, but you would be spreading the word about your business locally, which eventually will help you far more than the money that you save by going with Yahoo or godaddy.

Remember, if you want locals to use your services, it helps to use the services of other local businesses.
  • Hello,
I looked at your site and I'd be honored to host all of your sites. I think if you compare my services to yahoo. I think I have a better package. Soon I will be changing my prices so you MIGHT want to check them out and LOCK IN the great rates. www.lexoinc.com
Check me out and let me know what you think good or bad. Thanks and good luck on what ever your choices are. By the way, I am looking to link with anyone that is interested.
