A special "cooler" for chocolate would keep it from melting in the summer, while not refrigerating it either. (I haven't decided how big it should be, though.)
Medicinal dark chocolate (by the pound/kilo) would be available with an inexpensive insurance co-pay (or I suppose free in countries where pharms are part of the free health-care system).
Hershey's kisses would come in all those flavors forever. -
