  Not being much of a popsicle lover, I'm not going to join, but I saw this interesting link recently, about "slow melting popsicles".
  
  If you read the ingredients list (well, besides all the various forms of crap and other crap-from-concentrate), it says "ice structuring protein". This sounds frightening to me.
