All the fire hooping tribes say that you should try somene else's fire hoop before you buy your own, but seeing as I have yet to meet anyone locally with a fire hoop, it's a little difficult. I've actually thought about contacting KC or Elana and taking a road trip up to Chicago.

Sun, June 22, 2008 - 1:37 PMHey Sarah! Glad to be back in Indy, I remember meeting you here shortly before I left for Portland. I have a fire hoop and you are more than welcome to try it. It's kind of heavy, so I'd recommend hooping it for about a week before lighting just to get used to the weight. I'm interested in getting a lighter hoop, but funds dont allow at this time. :) Message me and we can meet up. I've met about 5 other hoopers since I've been here and am dying to get a weekly thing going. See you soon!
