Yes after elections then Obama will be there to reassure us that everything will be okay and to sign away America (aka military) over to a one world government - I sense the pace quickening especially since 9-11 in every way building to some climax in the near future

Wars and undeclared wars cost be damn right here and now, May 2012. Explosion of security infrastructure across America and much of the world since 9-11. Heavily since Reagan a systematic robbery with corporate entities along with their Gunslingers, The Bansters, sucking wealth directly from The People. (America is The People, period. Not a hunk of land. Not a aircraft carrier the size of small city. Not a flag waving in the breeze. The People united by the constitution and this only is America) The wealth (wealth Of The People) is used by an elite, international group of a few thousand nay hundreds of individuals on a planet of seven billion lives - do the math on that, man? This wealth is used in great part to build a real infrastructure which could well be called the Military Industrial Complex - and what a complex it is! Including interlocking boards of directions like their corporate masters, so that if an arm of the American military is not represented with a flesh and blood, metal and fire presence, than America has close connections with a local intermediary. If this is not so, it is a rare location on the planet - an exception to the rule. Particularly starting with Reagan in our era, but long before that - since the beginning, in a manner of speaking our flesh and blood has been transformed into this military industrial complex which I cannot help but think of as, The Machine. Healthcare, Education, Food and Water, Housing and the very metal infrastructure of America Herself, the tracks upon which the train of capitalism is supposed to run, all forsaken so more raw wealth (call it our own flesh and blood) can be dedicated to the military industrial complex that includes space, the poles, under the oceans - HAARP - everywhere and much greater magnitude than we are led to believe. Much remaining wealth is placed in the hands of an elite in whichever nation state we see. Much of this is then used in one way or another directly to control and manipulate us all. Our so called democracy was designed to be easily subverted by the insanely small number of those actually pulling our collective strings. Our system was designed by these people and did not arise spontaneously and was chosen simply as the best way to control us - by making us believe down in our toes that “we are free” that “we live in the land of free” and “we have democratic republic”.

What I think now unfortunately is that the intention is to maintain this illusion until they pull the trigger which will involve some kind of mass destruction possibly a world war III or simply some kind of horrible bio-agent that could be presented as a “Terrorist” attack ala 9-11? Then the move for one world government will leap forward likely to full success based upon how well things are going for THEM now. At this point, any pretense of social democracy will fall like a cheaply made facade revealing suddenly the stone, cold face of The Machine and overt fascism.

Elections are an illusion, distraction, misdirection. We won’t change anything within the confines of our present system meaning Ron Paul won’t save us nor would Jesus H Christ if elected president. THEY do not care about The Democratic Party, The Republican Party - not even about America or God or even Capitalism ... but they do seem to care awfully much about Control?
          • Yes, it is always just around the corner! Much like I have been hearing that an invasion of Iran is.....just around the corner since GW Bush was President...LOL~
            • You seem to think that the cold war imposed on Iran for years now is very funny.

              I find that sick..

i am not amused at all..

at G8 they were saying that Iran must prove to them that Iran is not a danger

lots of ways to do the time honored False Flag Attack ?

kind of like saying, "Iran, when did you stop beating your wife?"
                • <<at G8 they were saying that Iran must prove to them that Iran is not a danger

And now it looks like Iran is letting UN inspectors back in to the country. Take note of when the sabers are being rattled in Iran and Isreal both, you will find that it typically corresponds to when each country is in the midst of election campaigning. You all are confusing campaign rhetoric used to garner right wing votes with their actually being a war around the corner. Which is why the prediction that war with Iran is around the corner has not manifested itself in the 10 years or so I have been hearing such predictions.
              • <<You seem to think that the cold war imposed on Iran for years now is very funny.

Much like our past cold war relationship with the former Soviet Union, our oppositional relationship with Iran is a two way street. And clearly what I indicated was funny is the idea that war with Iran is imminent, in no way did I indicate that this oppositional relationship itself is funny. You have a habit of creating straw man arguments that you can then use to try to demonize those that may disagree with you, less than honest to say the least.
                • Why do people think that an invasion is imminent?
Because the war drums bang so loud...

Why has this not happened yet?
Because good people stay awake and seek out the evidence..
                  show their opposition..
                  and expose the war propaganda..

Your ignorant lols are useless and dumb....
          • What an awesome list! This week, May 19-26, 2012, Roberts' SCOTUS ruled against due process of law,

See Huffington Post, May 26, 2012, re SCOTUS ruling, for re-trial in Blueford v. Arkansas. Justice Roberts and his crew ruled, for double-jeopardy, plainly. What do we have mistrials including hung-jury rulings for? When a defendant is acquitted, you don't re-try, based on failure to find mythical innocence criteria!

A vote for Obama does not seem as wasted, since this decision.
    • Yup. Still among the living. Been crazy busy with work, my 2yr old, and preggo wife. I don't get the time to read nearly as much news, let alone compile lists.

Nice to see there's still some activity in here. Been battling disinfo and apologists in the main Politics tribe when I get a chance.

Speaking of which... don't mind Jeff... he'd prefer that no one point out that there's been a covert war against Iran for years, including Stuxnet, MEK attacks, assassinations, covert destabilization campaigns, etc, not to mention the current positioning of support for the al Qaeda... sorry... Syrian "rebels," which is more about destabilizing/replacing one of the last Iranian allies in the region (Lebanon being the other, which is currently getting tied up in the Syria situation) than any "humanitarian" nonsense (note that Iran is currently bordered on all sides by NATO/Western allies/puppets).
      • <<he'd prefer that no one point out that there's been a covert war against Iran for years

Clearly the claims of an imminent war against Iran being around the corner are in regards to overt war. And overt war with Iran has supposedly been around the corner for over 10 years now, so forgive me if I don't buy the chicken little act.
        • You appear to be under the false impression that anyone around here gives the opinion of a lying, censoring, plagiarising, hypocritical, pathetic little propa-pologist like yourself even one itsy bitsy teeny weeny iota of consideration.
          • I don't care what you think, I am not here for your benefit, and neither are your vile personal attacks relevant to my point. If you had an actual rebuttal you would not have to rely on such presonal attacks. Seemingly some are only in favor of free speech they agree with. Fail.
            • You call them "vile personal attacks," I call them what they are... the truth.

If you had actual rebuttals, you wouldn't delete threads or post fake info or steer topics off into worthless inanity, but that's your typical MO.

Fortunately, your schtick doesn't work on those that are already awake.

And your babble about "free speech" is especially amusing in light of your recent chicken-shit thread deletion.
              • In other words you once again don't have a rebuttal. It seems you are more interested in obsessively talking about me than the subject at hand, which is typical when you don't have a rebuttal. And yes, I deleted a thread in order to rob you of your platform to accuse me of homophobia. You yourself deleted one of your own threads and used the excuse that you were being personally attacked, so you had to start it over. How about if you pull that log out of your eye and focus on the subject we are discussing, rather than making this about me?
                • >>I deleted a thread in order to rob you of your platform to accuse me of homophobia.

Ahahaha... you're such a damned liar. I refocused, you derailed.

Last thing that was posted before you deleted:

">>Sorry, not interested in your sexual orientation baiting.

"Right... you say I'm "baiting," but you're the one that keeps coming back to it, and ignoring the fact that the only data thus far presented supports the contention that Ron Paul is favored by military donors overwhelmingly over the rest of the GOP candidates, and to a lesser extent over Obama, and that your subjective definitions of "police state" can be applied to the US."

                  >>You yourself deleted one of your own threads and used the excuse that you were being personally attacked, so you had to start it over.

                  1) Wrong again. I deleted due to mindless trolling from your grinder monkey.

                  2) I deleted and then reposted a thread that had two responses at the time of deletion, one of them being blatant trolling (the other slightly less blatant). You deleted a thread with dozens of posts that had gone on for three weeks. Slight difference. But go ahead... keep pretending it's the same thing. Keep pretending that you didn't get shut the fuck down, and your pathetic little attempt to derail and shift focus was thwarted, and you just couldn't stand to have that record left for everyone to see.

So you deleted like a little chicken-shit hypocrite. Par for the course.

                  >>How about if you pull that log out of your eye and focus on the subject we are discussing, rather than making this about me?

                  Why?

                  1) I have no "log." This is why I can confidently call you a liar, a plagiarist, and a hypocrite. Because those are all demonstrable by the glory of the internet. The same cannot be said about myself. And I see little reason to engage someone as arrogantly dishonest as yourself, aside from exposing your bullshit. Thankfully, in this tribe, I'm pretty confident everyone already knows you're full of shit. The fact that I already have a rep as someone that's informed and *isn't* a liar, plagiarist, or hypocrite certainly doesn't help your case.

                  2) Because you're like a guy that shits in the punch bowl at party after party. Then at the next party, someone says "get that guy out of here before he shits in the punch again," and you pretend like it never happened, and instead act aloof and condescending... "Why are you talking about shitting in punchbowls? I didn't shit in the punch bowl. This isn't about me. Let's not talk about who shit in whose punch bowl. This is a costume party... let's talk about costumes."

You're a joke dude. A sad, pathetic joke.
                  • This is the maximum depth. Additional responses will not be threaded.
<<Ahahaha... you're such a damned liar. I refocused, you derailed.

Of course this is what you want to believe, I could give two fucks about your "refocus". As a matter of fact, I could say the same thing regarding your own thread deletion, you sir are a fucking liar.

<<Last thing that was posted before you deleted:

">>Sorry, not interested in your sexual orientation baiting.

"Right... you say I'm "baiting," but you're the one that keeps coming back to it,>>

Clearly deleting the thread, thereby robbing you of your platform, means that I decided not to come back to it. As I pointed out, you deleted a thread of your own using the same reasoning regarding personal attacks, trolling etc. Accusing me of homophobia without any basis in fact or reality constitutes trolling. So not only did I ruffle your feathers, not only did I demonstrate your own failed logic, I have also proven that you are a hypocrite. Mission accomplished. :)~

<<and ignoring the fact that the only data thus far presented supports the contention that Ron Paul is favored by military donors overwhelmingly over the rest of the GOP candidates, and to a lesser extent over Obama, and that your subjective definitions of "police state" can be applied to the US.

Except that it is false that I ignored it, you were simply repeating yourself. Robin's claim was not that "Ron Paul is favored by military DONORS overwhelmingly", as a matter of fact Robin made no mention of donors or donations. What he said was that Ron Paul is overwhelmingly favored by the Military. 1,400 donations do not demonstrate overwhelming support from the military over and above the other candidates. And being that I addressed this simple fact repeatedly, you are flat out lying when you say I ignored your claim. I directly and clearly proved you wrong, regardless of your attempt at changing what Robin claimed.

<<and to a lesser extent over Obama

You failed on this count as well bud, because Robin was speaking about ALL candidates, not just the GOP candidates, and that would include Obama. So even if we use your donation standard, clearly Ron Paul did not get "overwhelming" military support over Obama.

So in the wake of your attempt at dancing around what was obviously an incorrect statement by Robin, you attacked me as somehow being homophobic. And not only did I deny you your platform for these attacks, I deleted the thread for the very same reasons you deleted your own recently, and now your whining also demonstrates that you are a hypocrite. I killed two birds with one stone, which got you so riled up you attempted to call in reinforcements from this page to help you with your petty grudge. Obviously you can't fight your own battles, pussy.

<<1) Wrong again. I deleted due to mindless trolling from your grinder monkey.

Baseless homophobia accusations.....are clearly mindless trolling. If you take offense to male on male genital suckling then maybe you should revisit your own views on homosexuality. So stop whining, own up to your failed logic, and stop being such a fucking pussy. :)~

Now, care to actually address the fact that we were speaking of OVERT war with Iran? Or are you going to puss out again?
                    • Bub, you are capital D-lusional. The only person you're fooling is yourself.

                      >>As a matter of fact, I could say the same thing regarding your own thread deletion, you sir are a fucking liar.

You can say it all you want. Too bad you've got nothing to back it up. One only has to compare our post histories to see which of us has the record of honesty, both intellectually and in general.
                      • I am 100% correct about Robin's claims, your mischaracterization of his claims, and the missing link in your "repost". Which is why you are now a speechless little pussy. How fun was that? LOL~!
                        • The guy that deletes a three-week-running thread after he gets shown up, and then runs through the tribe bumping little pet threads with one line replies (one bumping "reply" was actually just a period) in an attempt to drive the glaring evidence of his failure off the front page, now wants to attempt to brag about why he thinks I'm "speechless."

Whatever you say, hotshot. Whatever you say.
                          • <<The guy that deletes a three-week-running thread after he gets shown up

Repeating your failed claims does not = being "shown up" dude, I clearly destroyed your argument, as I explained below. Which is why you can't deny what I just explained regarding Robin's claims. Everyone also seen that you conveniently left out your erroneus link with your "repost", which is why you can't deny that either. Take your medicine, you got owned bub.

<<and then runs through the tribe bumping little pet threads with one line replies

You were critical of me for revisiting a thread that was only TWO MONTHS old, one where we had new information regarding Egypt and the Arab spring, something that has been and is an on-going conversation. It was absolutely appropriate to revisit that thread, it was still topical. But in your tinfoil hat head you think it is some grand conspiracy to bump your thread. Hey, you might want to go and jump on Gerbil for bumping your threads, he revisited a topic is SIX YEARS OLD, that MUST mean he is out to get you......booogety boogety...LMFAO!! Maybe you would do better without constantly creating these paranoid delusional narratives in your head......just sayin...

You wanted to make it personal, I tried to end the personalization and focus on the subjects, but like a yapping little dog you just would not let go, and now your pussy little ass just got owned!
                            • BTW... you still can't keep you're BS straight... the thread was five months old... not two months, as you so emphatically claim. You directly addressed someone that hadn't even *posted in the tribe* in two months.
                              uspolitics.tribe.net/thread/...1d22bc00

                              So sad.
                              • <<BTW... you still can't keep you're BS straight... the thread was five months old... not two months

Big fucking deal, the thread is and has been an on-going conversation, and still continues with Andrew picking up the slack for "tandy". You pick at the stupidest things dude, thereby demonstrating that you are more interested in a creating an idiotic pissing match over a non-issue than you are in discussing anything of substance. For instance, you are still ignoring Paul's incredibly poor record on environmental issues. And you choose to pick at this? Get serious.

                                <<So sad.

I will tell you what is sad, this idiotic non-issue. Yes Abraxas, everyone is out to get you....LMAO! And yet Gerbil has revisited a thread that is 6 YEARS old, do you think he is out to get you too? Boogity boogity, we are all out to get you....LOL~
                  • This is the maximum depth. Additional responses will not be threaded.
<< I deleted and then reposted a thread that had two responses at the time of deletion, one of them being blatant trolling

Notice that you left out an important point here. I outed one of your links as being a pervayor of falsehoods, and in your "repost" that link had mysteriously vanished. So your excuse don't hold water bub, you were hiding the fact that you were peddling falsehoods and got caught. Pussy.
                    • P.S. Bit of advice: when you're making your feeble attempts at looking quasi-intellectual, it's a touch self-defeating if you keep misspelling the fancy words.

                      That's "pUrvEyor."
                      • Still trying to make it about me I see, what a pussy! Why don't you grow a pair and address something of substance? Go over to the Politics tribe and address your hero Ron Paul's abysmal environmental record. Stop being a pussy.
                        • You sure you don't mean "pussee?" Or "pussi?" Or "poossy?"
                          • YOU always make it about YOU, Jeff. So what else is new?
                            • <<YOU always make it about YOU, Jeff. So what else is new?

This thread proves you wrong Will, clearly Abraxas himself made it about me by attacking me in a personal manner when he could not muster a response to the subject matter.

Abraxas: "You appear to be under the false impression that anyone around here gives the opinion of a lying, censoring, plagiarising, hypocritical, pathetic little propa-pologist like yourself even one itsy bitsy teeny weeny iota of consideration."

Clearly Abraxas deserves credit for making this about me, but I am quite certain you will gloss over this inconvenient fact.
                              • No. Abraxas has identified once again, far more accurately than I have, your typical predilections. So when is THAT making the thread about YOU? Clearly, as has been usual over the years,YOU just don't get it--and don't want to!
                                • It can't be denied that Abraxas made it about me in this thread, your excuse as to my "typical predilections" does nothing to disprove this simple fact, he was speaking about me and not the subject.

<<So when is THAT making the thread about YOU?

Always. Whenever you spend your time attacking another person, regardless of your opinion of their "predilections", by the posts very nature it is making it about that person. And now you are doing the same rather than actually addressing the substance of anything I have said about the subject at hand. You are failing basic logic.

okay, look, man, takes time to gather all these posts and put it here and within them is ton of information so why not just focus on that like adults or else just don't comment

I for one would love to hear what people here "make" of all this - because it all means something, man

                                    so what?
                                    • <<takes time to gather all these posts and put it here and within them is ton of information so why not just focus on that like adults

Exactly my point to Abraxas and Will, discuss the subject matter and not the person and this will be a much more civil discussion.
                          • <<You sure you don't mean "pussee?" Or "pussi?" Or "poossy?"

Yet another tactic to avoid speaking on Ron Paul's horrible environmental record. I thought you were interested in clean water?
                            • Here, feel free to join the conversation on clean water, and Ron Paul's horrible environmental record! uspolitics.tribe.net/thread/...46e535d7
                              • Meh... I have neither the time nor the desire to engage in a "conversation" with a deceptive, censoring, plagiarising, hypocritical, little propa-pologist like yourself.
                                • Excuses excuses....... funny that you had time before I outed Ron Paul's horrible environmental record. You were actively engaging me in a constructive discussion about clean water, and now that I spoke about Ron Paul's record on the environment you want to claim up. How convenient for you and your aPAULagist nature.
                                • That should have read "clam up".
                                  • You never give up your broken record mode! Amazing--and too bad it isn't applied to something that gets results!
                                    • <<You never give up your broken record mode!

Specifically, what is this "broken record mode" you speak of? My attempts to get Abraxas to continue the conversation we WERE having on clean water? A conversation that was both constructive and civil until Ron Paul's horrible environmental record was brought to light? And that this clean water issue is a broken record you want applied to something that get results? Then look no further because I work in the Environmental Consulting and Engineering company, clean water is my business Will, AND we get results. If you like gasoline, pesticides, solvents, and many other cancer causing agents in your water, then plase do vote for Ron Paul.
                                      • Of course, none of Paul's positions on the EPA preclude states from having their own environmental regulations, nor do they preclude civil litigation against polluters.

Where was the EPA when PG&E was polluting Hinkley's groundwater?

Where was the EPA when the Navy was dumping thousands of tons of nerve agents into the oceans?

If you like your federal tax dollars going to subsidize Jeff's employer so he can propagandize on Tribe all day long, please do vote for Obama. (BTW, your disproportional sense of self-importance is showing through again... "environmental consulting and engineering" should not be capitalized)

If you like ultra-toxic dispersants dumped by the billions of gallons into the Gulf of Mexico, please do vote for Obama. (good thing BP donated an ass-load of money to Obama)

If you like flammable fracking water coming out of your tap, please do vote for Obama.

If you like cap and trade programs that enrich Al Gore and his carbon-credit trading buddies but do nothing to help the environment, please do vote for Obama.

If you like the EPA destroying family farms to the benefit of corporate agri-business, please do vote for Obama.

If you like having genetically modified crops planted in national parks, please do vote for Obama. (keep that EPA/FDA/Monsanto revolving door revolving! Obama loves him some Monsanto! No environmental threat there!)

If you like American citizens being assassinated without any judicial review, please do vote for Obama.

If you like the president engaging in war without approval of congress, please do vote for Obama.

If you like using remote-controlled drones to murder innocent brown people, please do vote for Obama.

If you like the TSA groping children and the elderly, please do vote for Obama.

If you like the federal government shipping thousands of guns to Mexican drug cartels, please do vote for Obama.

If you like the feds surveilling and databasing your every electronic communication, please do vote for Obama.

If you like federal agents raiding medical marijuana dispensiaries, please do vote for Obama.

If you like federal agents raiding organic co-ops and Amish farmers, please do vote for Obama.

If you like the federal deficit being increased by a figure greater than all previous administrations combined, please do vote for Obama.
                                        • Your entire post is nothing more than obfuscation of the totality of Ron Pau's horrible environmental record. Obama has him beat hands down in that regard. And as I have pointed out previously, litigation is incredibly more expensive and much less of a reliable and comprehensive tactic to clean up our toxic waters. As a matter of fact, much of the pollution that is left from the 50s and 60s were created by industries and factories that no longer exist, there is nobody left to even sue. Remember, those litigation options existed when many of our rivers were toxic and could not support life in the past. Where did that get us? The EPA, the DEQ, and our environmental laws are not perfect, but they have brought us leaps and bounds forward from where we were in the 70s and the devistation we had seen from decades of polluting industries. Litigation did not and cannot achieve this level of improvement, period.
                                          • >>Your entire post is nothing more than obfuscation of the totality of Ron Pau's horrible environmental record.

Haw haw haw... but of course every time you completely ignore all of the above points I raised (at least a half-dozen times now), that's not "obfuscation of the totality of Obama's record." Of course not. Perish the thought.

Your repeated refusal to even acknowledge the above is a tacit admission of your support for those policies.
                                            • <<Haw haw haw... but of course every time you completely ignore all of the above points I raised (at least a half-dozen times now), that's not "obfuscation of the totality of Obama's record."

I absolutely recognized the fact that the EPA is not perfect, no organization can be expected to live up to a 100% problem free standard. And you have now moved on to ignore the larger point, namely that the EPA overall has done much more good than harm regarding the environment. So what point did you make that is related to our discussion of environmental issues that I am ignoring? Most of what you wrote did not even have to do with the subject, thusly your off-topic points were nothing more than obfuscation.

<<Your repeated refusal to even acknowledge the above is a tacit admission of your support for those policies.

I agree with Obama and his policies on about 85% of the issues, many of the obfuscating points you listed fall in to the realm of that 15% I oppose. That said, trying to stay on-topic is not a tacit admission of anything, it is an attempt to ignore that which is a diversion from our existing conversation regarding the environment.
                                        • <<If you like your federal tax dollars going to subsidize Jeff's employer so he can propagandize on Tribe all day long

Except.......your 100% wrong. Your federal tax dollars don't pay my wages, we are a private company that is hired by both public and private entities. And when I work on a job, either public or private, my time is charged directly to the client. Any time not actually working on these specific jobs is not charged to the client. If I spend 4 hours working on a DEQ job, we charge the DEQ for 4 hours, simple as that. It is interesting that you have to resort to making assumptions about me, my job, and my time, and then use those erroneous assumptions to attack me. Personally, I don't need to create any such false narratives about you or your life. Go figure...
                                          • You have an oversimplified understanding of "subsidize" (big whopping surprise). If the government (funded by tax dollars) makes regulations that coerce companies into hiring your firm, that is an indirect subsidy.
                                            • <<You have an oversimplified understanding of "subsidize" (big whopping surprise).

Wrong, you are just confused as to what my point was. I never claimed that tax dollars don't subsidize my job chargeable work. What I did correctly indicate is that tax dollars don't pay for my overhead time, either directly or indirectly. Which means that your claim of tax dollars subsidizing my time on tribe.net is simply not supported by reality.

<<If the government (funded by tax dollars) makes regulations that coerce companies into hiring your firm, that is an indirect subsidy.

Absolutely. But my point was never that private companies hiring my firm does not equal tax dollar subsidies, indirect or direct. My point is that the client only pays me for the time I actually spend working on each specific job. So if I spend 7 hours on the job, and one hour on tribe.net, then only 7 hours gets charged to the client. They are not paying for my overhead time. I can't really simplify that for you any further.

Do you have any more false narratives you want to create for the sole purpose of attacking me personally? Or would you rather actually discuss the huge environmental issues this world faces? I choose the latter, so the ball is in your court bud.
                                          • "And when I work on a job, either public or private, my time is charged directly to the client. Pretty simple man....*shakes head in amazement*.
