Set up/Tear down! Who's down? Got love?

Set up
Jan 22nd--12pm up till Enchanted Feast's Activated dankness. Other wise known as an organic meal.

Music ends sometime around 7 or 8am.

Everything must be cleared and cleaned by 11am Sunday, which is very possible.

If anyone can somewhat guarantee their energy at these times please let me know because i am currently gathering those #'s.

    I'll probably show up a couple hours before it starts, depending. I'm not exactly sure what time, but I WILL be there before it starts. I'll have a couple friends with me, too. My mom might even stop by beforehand! She's a very awesome lady.

    So, depending on when I get there, I can definitely help with set up! You can message me for my phone number. :)

    my carload will be there at least an hour (possibly two) before the event. While I can't help myself (I am more of a lounger, really, with a distinct propensity for extended respites) there will be at least two or three other sets of hands and feet willing to oblige you, before and after.

      I will know my work schedule for the upcoming weekend as of tomorrow (Tuesday). From the sound of my manager's mutterings, I'll be working both Saturday (probably an early, 5:30AM shift) and Sunday (ohdeargodmystarsinheavenpowersthatbe let it be a late shift). :)

      Soon as I know I'll give you a ring and we can figure out how to make me useful and not completely sleep-deprived at the same time.

        Im super hyped about the party, and always willing to help as much as I can in all things. I have a cleeeeeear weekend. Id love to help set up and break down, and have done so at many many parties. My only problem is that I dont have a ride to the party. I live on jefferson and 14th in eugene. Can someone give me a ride so I can help out?

    hey, were in town from cougar springs for our first eugene party

    id love to help set up/ tear down we just don't have the money to get in

    we will stop by the place to see where help is needed

      We're definitely going to need hands to help with set up of the chill room. There are reiki sessions in that room until 8:30 so we can't set up till they're done. It'll be a mad scramble to set it all up while we serve the food in there.
