The Des Moines Social Club has given me the wonderful opportunity to present Elemental Hoop Dance!!! From 6:30 - 7:30 every Monday night... 1408 Locust in Des Moines. We will focus on hoop fundamentals and also how to incorporate rhythm and dance. $15 per session and hoops are provided for in-class use. Also for sale if you are interested. Hope to see you down there!!!
