Sun, February 12, 2006 - 4:10 AMWendy Marlatt is the one for Tribal in Dublin (you find her on my friends list), she does FCBD style (as far as I know she danced with FCBD for quite some time in California) and regularly hosts great teachers from all over the world.

I was at a workshop on Sat and was talking to Wendy so am gonna try get along to a few of her classes and really looking forward to it! Im getting some good tips for backbends on the indigo tribe...Anybody have any exra tips? -

Rachel Brice (and many other tribal fusion dancers) has always incorparated a lot of Yoga into her practise and since I got into it recently I can feel an such a difference!!
For backbends for example do the cobra regularly. I knew of a great Yoga site, will see if I can find it again, will let you know. -

I have Rachel Brice Yoga and drills dvd its fantastc i can see a difference in the movements and postures i'd definitly recommend it! Sandra do you dance full time? -
