So with a Baby on the way, I suppose the question would be .. Whats needed? If Stef and Chey could please list some Things they need for the Baby. That would be a huge help to those of us trying to figure out what to get the "Little Guy "..

Fri, March 16, 2007 - 8:28 AMIf anybody has any disposable income (yeah, right) one of the most important things for them to have is a car seat. Not only will they save the life of the baby kinkster but they are also required by law. One that is adaptable for both infants and toddlers would be a plus. Those combination stroller/carrier/daybed/car seat things are cool but i have no idea how much they cost. Didn't have 'em when i had mine.
If you don't have any income don't worry. One of the things a new Mom really needs is time and sleep. She won't be getting much of either for awhile. Homemade gift certificates for meals cooked or cleaning will definitely be appreciated when the time comes. i'm sure there will be no shortage of willing babysitters. -

Fri, March 16, 2007 - 9:42 AMTher are also great places that you can register for baby gifts and it helps to avoid duplicate gifts which can be really time consuming for Stef and Chey to return/exchange for something they don't have.
I know alot of places like Target and Macys will let you Register and make your wish lists online so you don't even need to go into the stores themselves.

And as Pandora mentioned, offers to babysit/help around the house are VERY welcome as well!! I will post once we get the registry done...

Wed, April 4, 2007 - 1:27 PMMmmm hmmmm . . . and retail was invented for people like me who are so not good at cleaning or baby sitting and would so much rather assuage our guilt about that with gifts we can't afford (that's why Jesus or Satan or whoever gave us credit cards.)! Just ask my nieces and nephews. I managed to be Crazy Auntie Mariah to 5 adorable young-uns with ever changing a diaper. And I am proud of that fact! Just had to make up for it when school raffles & the like roll around . . .
