But I remember under the old GUI we could determine whose messages got sent to our Inbox and Other mailboxes. Now people I don't even know send messages that show up in my Inbox when I'd rather see that they pop up in my Other mailbox.
How do I fix this mail direction problem? I get mail in my Other mailbox, also from non-friends, and that's fine. I'd just prefer that ALL non-friends get sent there.

Wed, March 22, 2006 - 6:14 PMIf you go to your home page and look down the left-hand nav you'll find a link titled "my account". Click that link. On the page that comes up, towards the bottom, you find a link titled "configure your inbox". If you click that link you'll find the options you can select from for what gets delivered to your inbox and what goes to your other box. -

I checked My Account, and it's as what I remembered doing two years ago when I set up my account -- the button for only my friends' messages to go to my Inbox is red. So some glitch or bug must exist that allows other NON-friends' mail to get into my Inbox.
If you would be so kind as to check, diagnose and fix the problem, I'd be mighty grateful. -

Thu, March 23, 2006 - 8:45 AMI believe we have that fixed in the release that's currently under develoment and that this should be released sometime in the next couple of weeks. I'm afraid I can't give you a specific date. I just heard something about some UI changes, but not all the details, and that may effect the release date some.
If you still see this issue happening after the next release could you let us know in the Tribe Bugs tribe?
