Hi! I am moving to Japan at the beginning of December 2009. I would love to continue dancing, if not with regular classes then workshops and some shows would be great too. I will be living in Matsusaka City, Mie. It's maybe about an hour or so from Nagoya, Kyoto, and Osaka.
Does anyone know of any dancers, etc. in those general areas that I could hook up with?

I just moved to Okinawa in August, and I was wondering about the same thing. It seems this tribe has died a little in the past couple of years... but I was able to find a dance troupe that's not on tribe.net! I know dancing on this island hasn't got much to do with the main island, but I'm keeping my ears open incase I hear something! You might want to check out Misato's profile and send her message! She's in my friend's list, and I THINK she's in Tokyo! Good luck in finding what you're looking for!
