I make gyoza myself sometimes.. but its such a lot of work,- and the dough circles are sold frozen here,- and when defrosted can be brittle and such a fiddle to work with.. the fall apart aargh!
and then after all that they are eaten so fast.. schwupps and gone.. -

Utsunomiya is the gyoza capital.
Just went for some late night gyoza a few days ago. With late night gyoza even bad gyoza is good gyoza! -
