Re: new pet
Sat, July 26, 2008 - 6:55 AMI used to go to this guy on Shepherd and 14th, they are very reasonable. I may just be Heights Vet. Marsha don't mess around with your puppy being sick, things can get real serious real fast. I hope everything is ok. -

Mon, July 28, 2008 - 12:58 PMRecommended via both a forum and Dr. Pitcairn's site (www.drpitcairn.com/referral...ls.html):
"There is a great Alternative Vet in the Heights at Cooper Animal Clinic. She is in Homeopathy and Natural Nutrition."
Cooper Animal Clinic Patricia A. Cooper, DVM Houston, TX (713) 861-1155
Also found these recommendations:
"Call Miss Daisy's Dog Camp in Tomball. Debbie knows a lot about dogs and dog care and I'm sure she could direct you to a holistic vet."
"The senior doc at Sunset Animal Clinic is pretty open minded and practical. Dr. Young, I think is his name. He's not going to push holistic approaches, but if you explain that you're not only open, but actively seeking a holistic approach, he can be very helpful indeed." -

Re: new pet
Wed, July 30, 2008 - 12:38 PMIs Montrose Vet Clinic the one on Montrose btwn Fairview & W. Clay? Or is it the one on Alabama just across S. Shepherd from the old Cactus? I always liked the vets at the one on Alabama better--that's the clinic w/ one door for dogs & one for cats. Their vet always told me how to take the best care of my cat possible w/in my budget...very kind & very cool vet. -

Re: new pet
Thu, July 31, 2008 - 6:43 AMYes I always loved W. Alabama Animal Clinic, the vet there has always been very down to earth. Her prices at my last check were getting a little high for me. I also had several friends work there through out the years. Good place, maybe not the most affordable, depends on what you are looking for.
