Hi, I am writing because I orignally ordered 2 sets of fans many months ago, around Feb. After waiting much longer then she said it would take, the fans arrived, but one set of mine were the complete wrong color. So she said it would just be 2 weeks to receive the correct color fans. that was in April and I have since been told by Jenna that my fans were being shipped and I never received them. I gave her my address twice and never received anything. When I email her, all I get is this automatic response saying her internet is down.
I have asked her to refund my money several times now and have never once heard back from her. She has my hard-earned money and has never delivered the product. I can't help but feel like I've been cheated by this woman.
Anyone else have bad experiences with her, or know how I can get ahold of her and get my money back?

Wed, July 25, 2007 - 9:52 AMShe's not cheating you. Try to be patient. She will make it right eventually. She's definitely having order processing and customer service issues, but she is not being unethical.
I'm also waiting and TRYING to be patient. I have a major show coming up (my troupe's first-ever feature length show), ordered from in-stock 3 weeks ago, and still haven't received them.

Thu, July 26, 2007 - 12:58 PMyep she is one very honest gal and everytime she gets things going she hits another speed bump, this latest one is completely out of her hands. Its unfortunate for everyone that things are taking so long but she is not cheating you, try to be patient she will get it all straightened out. -

If anyone can contact her by phone and ask her to please acknowledge my refund soon, I would be so grateful.

Sat, July 28, 2007 - 6:20 PMI'm sure as soon as she reads this she'll be in contact with you , i don't know what her circumstances are as far as getting somewhere to use a computer, i believe she is also lacking transportation so its not like she can just hop in her car and run to the library. I know this doesn't help you all i can say is have faith.
