still not a single word from Jenna about the $142.75 worth of fans I ordered in FEBUARY. I read a suggestion to file complaint with my credit card company. Has anyone gone through this process yet? What a waste of precious life, chasing this woman around for the money we all worked for.

Re: Has anyone filed a complaint with their credit card company?
Fri, September 28, 2007 - 12:24 PMnothing filed here, i only filed with paypal. my money came from my bank to paypal and since then, I have moved to a different state and changed banks. $143 is alot more then my one set I paid, so i would be pretty mad about that! i paid $85 for one set. I really hope she can eventually come through, she seemed so nice when I met her and I really liked her. would hate for her to be in this situation for ever and let this go forever. She should at least take the oldest orders and work on them, ,one at a time!

Re: Has anyone filed a complaint with their credit card company?
Sun, September 30, 2007 - 8:40 PMI will be calling the credit card company this week. : (
I really would rather not, but I have to do something to try to regain the $150 I paid. I filed a dispute with Paypal, which was escalated to a claim after there was no response from Jenna and the time ran out. Paypal ruled in my favor, but funds couldn't be recovered. The credit card company has a slightly longer time frame for disputes than Paypal, but it expires this week as well. They probably won't be able to get my money back either. I hope Jenna comes through.

Re: Has anyone filed a complaint with their credit card company?
Mon, October 1, 2007 - 10:48 AMCredit company was very helpful. The CSR told me they would put the $150 back into my account immediately and I would receive a letter within a week or so, detailing their investigation. She explained to me that they would get the money back for themselves from Jenna's bank.
It's unfortunate that I had to resort to calling the bank, but $150 is a rather lot to lose. (And, as the bank CSR said, "there's slow...and then there's THIS." She balked when I mentioned that I hadn't been waiting long, compared to other dancers who ordered in, say, Februrary and still had not received merchandise.)
I'd still rather have the veils, but only if they're in her hands and she can guarantee shipment of them NEXT DAY. Then, I will be happy to reissue payment to Paypal -- but if I have to go through this all over again, I won't try a third time. -

Re: Has anyone filed a complaint with their credit card company?
Mon, October 1, 2007 - 7:57 PMAgreed. I, unfortunately, paid by check. So I apparently have no recourse. I figure that my loss is at the low end-only $98. But times 10....that's a lot of money to owe.

Mon, October 1, 2007 - 9:34 PMMine was a direct cash pay pal from my bank and I am only out ~$80 but ouch! for those with more (Good thing I used money inherited from my grandmother rather than cash from the family funds ...) -

Re: Has anyone filed a complaint with their credit card company?
Wed, October 3, 2007 - 10:05 AMStill, for both of you, that's almost $100....to me, that's a lot to lose too! I'd be very unhappy if she never came through. I really hope she gets the letter I sent out to her last Friday, so she can respond and I can relay the message to everyone to hopefully assuage some concerns. -
