      I have not. :-(

      The only encouraging news I have seen is that the DVD's are no longer a "pre-order" item on Jillina's website. They are also listed for sale on the BDSS site and there is not a mention that the items are "pre-order." I will definitely post here when my shipment comes.

      I too have sent a couple of emails.... i bought and paid for my "special offer package" on December 7 and still no DVD's or responses to my emails...

      That is normally not like Jillina...I have never had a delay before...I bet they are back logged!!

        I just got an email saying that the DVD's are on their way and that if you have ordered them a month ago that they might not have gotton your card number and to call them. The DVD's might also be on a slight backorder.

            Ok I am a little concerned about all of this !!! I put my order in December 8/07...I have just checked all my banking and no transaction for this amount has gone through...A good thing I guess...

            So does this mean i am back to square one ??? I have to place my order again, make my payment again and hope I get my DVD's and not double billed ???

            Previous posts say to call...I live in Canada so I would need to call during business hours and where exactly would I be calling ???

            Can anybody give me some advise as I have not received any return emails !

              I was in the same boat as you. I had pre-ordered on Nov 30, but nothing posted to my bank statement. I got the following Email that I pasted into this post from Heather. She explained that they lost access to information orders placed more than 30 days in advance. She was kind enough to take my order over the phone. I would suggest you give her a call... Here is the Email that included her phone number....

              "My name is Heather and I am the manager of Jillina's Dance Studio & Dance Company. I wanted to email you, to give you an update on your order.

              We have been having problems with our emails and haven't been able to respond to any emails, but we have received your order. Part of the reason you might not have received your order yet is because we only received them last week. But we have them now and are shipping them out as fast as we can. There is a backlog so it is taking a little longer then we expected. If you made your purchase over a month ago and still haven't received it, we might not have your credit card information anymore, so please contact us to make sure we have all your information.

              We are sorry for any inconvenience and we appreciate your patience.

              If you have any questions, please feel free to email us or call (818) 754-1313

    Yeah !!!! I think we finally got all the kinks worked out :-))))))) Thanks to everyone for your hang'n in there .
    It has been a long proccess and I am glad that they are finally done and being shipped out .I am glad people are enjoying them .
