  Yes, alas. MoMED-NYC is no longer happening.
  We lost our venue too late to secure a new venue/promoter. :(
  
  However, plans are in the works for MoMED-2009 in SF!

    San Fran....hmmm, maybe in a year I'll have a budget that'll allow airfare!
    
    so I went from seeing ya 4 times down to 2
    
    my coworker said she'll hate me forever if I miss her wedding. I'm still debating if your worth it!

      well, looks like I'll still be teaching for a few years since I have bookings into 2009 & 2010...so...how often does your friend get married? :)

            I'm sure it'll be great. it's a mere hour and a half away and if you'll be that close, I'd go if you taught "Butt-Scratching for Bellydancers!"

              I thought like breathing it'd be natural - or is that just for us guys!

              Things that we do, that women might do, but are generally recognized as 'guy things' that we do involving our dance. LOL
