virtuemart questions

$adTargeting.getAd($ad_viewerdata, $!ad_viewcontext)
I have the latest virtuemart in joomla. Store is working fine but I need to tweak some things. I have worked with the details & browse pages in templates but can't find the location for the "add to cart" button code and the price.

1. i want to manipulate the "add to cart" button with special attributes. wondering where the code is. it's not in templates, think its php?

2. does anyone know if virtuemart will put a comma in the prices that move over 1,000.00... mine is current not doing this

      I've done tons and tons of work with joomla and virtuemart, however its been a while.
      From what i remember the front end and back end code are incorrectly separated and most of the code for the entire component is under the administrator/components/com_virtuemart directory.

      You will probably find your button code there.

      Above and beyond that if you are ever in need of professional help with your installation, I am available for consulting.
