Any Bay Area Joomla Developers Around?

My company, Panastream, is working with a State of government on a project that involves the following:

1. Develop common Joomla templates for three different and already existing government sites using new artwork and navigation that we will create

2. All three sites will share the same data base and feature the same functionality, including the addition or improvement of these features:

* Ability to publish content to any section of any site

* An interactive map with links to resources

* Newletter publishing feature, with auto-archive functionality

* Survey publishing feature with auto-calculation for Excel spreadsheet publishing

3. Migrate existing content from three sites to Joomla formatted sites.

If you are qualified and interested, please contact me ASAP and we can discuss further details. There is a mid-February deadline on this. We are a San Francisco based company and would prefer working with a Bay Area developer so we can meet in person before we start, although we are open to working remotely as well.
