Hello,

I want to put together a 2-day workshop on integrating the Shadow and wondered if anyone can point me in the right direction to obtain some exercises that I can use to provide an experiential workshop?

I want to aim the workshop at other students (I am one in psychotherapy) and pose the questions 1. Should a therapist have already or be earnestly working on their own shadow and its integration and 2. should a person who has not done their own shadow work extensively really be practising pychotherapy?
