Alison here - I've finally got around to joining (thanks Adele for the invitation). Things have been pretty hectic, so I haven't got around to looking at Tribe for, ooh, months. Nice to see a few familiar names on here :)
I did finally get my act together and send off the cheque for the first weekend of the Diploma course.
Naturally, I didn't finish the dance cv and application form to go with it ("I'll email it on to you Kay, honest!" ...) Paperwork was never my strong point, lol.
Who else is going to the April weekend?

you photos are fantastic!!! Wow!
Glad to have you on board. As you can see only a small proportion of the girls decided to join up and chat but hopefully they will come around one of these days.
Brave girl joining the diploma course. I will do it eventually when I get up to the requisite standard but for now, Jo and I are having a ball travelling from workshop to workshop. We're off to Cairo in April! SQUEAL!
So what have you been up to since we left Newcastle? Did you see the picture of us all smiling away in Mosaic?

Thu, January 24, 2008 - 3:13 AMHello Adele!
Glad you like the pics. Actually tomorrow I'm going to a photoshoot - my work's Photography Club wanted to do a portrait session and one of them talked me into doing a session in costume for them. Hopefully I'll get a decent pic of my tribal cossie, as I haven't managed to get a reasonable photo of it yet. When I agreed to do it though, I hadn't realised that they put up the photos from each of their sessions on the noticeboard on the works canteen! Meep! (Although it turns out that I have a veto if I decide they're too embarassing, lol.)
I'm getting a bit nervous about the Diploma course. It's started coming back to me how challenging I found the Foundation weekends!
Cairo, lucky you. Have a great time :D
I haven't done a huge amount, dance-wise, apart from teach - just keeping really busy and trying to save up the dosh for the Diploma.
That's another thing on my To Do list - join Mosaic. Ah well I may get around to it in another few months...
