Some of the Kaivalya Hoop Dancers are teaching hoop dancing at Aerial Dance Over Denver (ADOD), located in off East Hampden beginning November 29th. Classes are every Thursday from 7-8pm and cost is $15. This is a trick and fitness based hoopdance class, so you are guaranteed to have fun and walk out of class with a bunch of new hoop tricks!
