What did you learn today?

Today, I learned that my digital camera focuses much better on very small objects if they have a white background!

Today I learned that the shampoo commercial featuring a woman literally tossing her hair around until she injures her neck might actually be based in fact. Owie.

Today I learned that no matter how I try, when I mean clockwise, I will say counterclockwise, and vice versa.

I've learned many things in the last few days.
          1. Under pressure, I turn into uber creepy pagan ritual chanting warrior machine...which in turn creeps out my coworkers...and makes me smile.

          2. Socks are, in fact, NOT over rated.

          3. Cloves always taste better with good company and sarcasm.

          4. I'm rather attracted to the old standard of men (ie Humphry Bogart) and less so to Abercrombie models...and have decided that perhaps women and men are slowly switching roles as you must explore both sides of a spectrum to first understand it and then acheive balance.

          5. I fit into no genre...and my oddball friends are surprisingly alright with this.

          6. I have a mild obsession with both African goddesses and the movie 'my big fat greek wedding'

          7. I am so unmotivated to work today that I've sat her staring at this list and thinking of random things to say so I don't have to actually open AutoCAD until 9.

          Good day to you, madame(s)!
